NCDC Announces St. Stephen County Moose for 2025-26 Season

Welcome SSCM

The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) is proud to welcome the St. Stephen County Moose as the newest member of the league for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

The Moose will play out of the Garcelon Civic Center in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, marking the long-awaited return of high-level junior hockey to the passionate border community.

“We are excited to be part of such a passionate community and look forward to bringing fast-paced, exciting hockey back to the Garcelon Civic Center,” Moose ownership said in a statement.

The addition of the Moose reflects the NCDC’s continued commitment to growing its footprint across North America. By expanding into New Brunswick, the league strengthens its presence in Eastern Canada, creating new opportunities for elite athletes while building stronger connections with hockey-rich communities.

“St. Stephen has a rich hockey history, and the NCDC looks forward to working closely with the management team to ensure their long-term success,” NCDC League Officials said in a statement.

With strong local support, a state-of-the-art facility, and the backing of the NCDC, the St. Stephen County Moose are poised to make an immediate impact on the ice and in the community as they embark on their inaugural season.
