Rockets Hockey Club 5, Connecticut Jr. Rangers 3
Rockets Hockey Club picked up a 5–3 win behind a hat trick from Noah Sampson, along with goals from Lucas Goodfellow and Trey Dionne. Connecticut responded with goals from Brycen Wood, Jordan Bowman, and Max Markhede in the third period but couldn’t close the gap.
Worcester Railers JHC 9, St. Stephen County Moose 0
Worcester dominated start to finish, earning a 9–0 shutout. Noah Jimbo, Ben Lees, Travis Rugg, Josh Erickson (two goals), Andrew Artenosi, George Acklin, and Benoit Jarosz all scored in a complete team effort. St. Stephen was held scoreless despite multiple chances.
Mercer Chiefs 4, West Chester Wolves 3 (SO)
Mercer edged West Chester in a shootout after a back-and-forth game. Nicholas Rockey scored twice for Mercer, with Justin Ouellet adding a third-period goal. West Chester got goals from Connor Stokes, Markus Lunski, and Harrison Kinne before the Chiefs sealed it in the skills competition.
Thunder Hockey Club 6, Springfield Pics 3
Thunder Hockey Club skated to a 6–3 victory led by Jakob Weich (two goals), Mo Peng, Takanobu Hiraga, Killian Wright, and Jonathan Lee. Springfield’s scoring came from Dylan Rovetti (two goals) and Christian Ostrup.
Universel Quebec 2, Woodstock NB Slammers 1 (SO)
Universel Quebec earned a 2–1 shootout win after a tight, defensive contest. Gabriel Boivin scored in the first for Quebec. Yan Krasavin tied it for Woodstock in the third before Quebec prevailed in the shootout.
P.A.L. Junior Islanders 5, Wilkes-Barre Scranton Knights 1
P.A.L. took control early and cruised to a 5–1 win. Billy Collins, Tommy Sheehan (two goals), Connor Noll, and Aidan Holland all scored in a strong offensive showing. Connor Lawrence supplied WBS’s lone goal in the third.
Northern Maine Pioneers 4, Lewiston MAINEiacs 3 (OT)
Northern Maine battled back for a 4–3 overtime win. Karl Strandberg, Grant Matushak, and Kellen Matushak scored in regulation before Grant Levins buried the OT winner. Lewiston goals came from Aidan Palmeter, Gabriel Braun, and Korey Cardenas Aston.
Utah Outliers 3, Rock Springs Miners 2
Utah earned a tight 3–2 win with scoring from Zachary Palik (two goals) and Tyler Gudjonsson. Rock Springs answered with goals from Austin Westergaard and Branden Stieduhar but couldn’t find the equalizer late.
Pueblo Bulls 5, Idaho Falls Spud Kings 3
Pueblo took control early and secured a 5–3 win over Idaho Falls. Blake Schultz, Aaron Arnold, Torran Origltano, Brody Clarke, and Benjamin Taylor all contributed goals. Idaho Falls responded through Tyler Atchison, Daniel Macleish, and Caleb Lepitre.
Grand Junction River Hawks 7, Casper Warbirds 1
Grand Junction rolled to a 7–1 victory behind goals from Pyul Kwon (two goals), Sami Kallionkieli, Gergo Schwartz, Isaiah Yates, Marius Koivisto, and Gwanghyeon Lee. Casper’s lone goal came from Max Rutkowski.
