NCDC Stars of the Month: February 2026

Stars of the Month Generic

The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) has named its Stars of the Month, highlighting the top performers from throughout February. 

 

Atlantic Division

Forward: Brycen Wood – Connecticut Jr. Rangers: Connecticut Jr. Rangers forward Brycen Wood recorded 13 points (6G, 7A) in nine games during February, including one game-winning goal, helping lead the Rangers’ offensive attack throughout the month.

Defenseman: Aidan Holland – P.A.L. Jr. Islanders: Jr. Islanders defenseman Aidan Holland totaled five points (1G, 4A) in six games during February, providing steady two-way play from the blue line.

Goalie: John Gazzola – Jersey Hitmen: Jersey’s John Gazzola continued to provide steady goaltending for the Hitmen, appearing in four games and posting a 3-0-1 record. Over 245 minutes, Gazzola turned aside 124 of 135 shots for a .918 save percentage while maintaining a 2.70 goals-against average, helping the Hitmen secure valuable points in the playoff push.

Rookie: Jack Wheaton – Jersey Hitmen: Jersey rookie Jack Wheaton produced eight points (5G, 3A) in seven games during February, including four power-play goals, one shorthanded goal, and one game-winning goal.

 

Mountain Division

Forward: Leon Buff – Utah Outliers: Utah forward Leon Buff registered 12 points (3G, 9A) in 10 games, adding one power-play goal and one game-winning goal during a productive February.

Defenseman: Jack Squibbs – Ogden Mustangs: Ogden defenseman Jack Squibbs recorded six points (2G, 4A) in six games, including one power-play goal, while providing steady play from the Mustangs’ blue line.

Goalie: Caden Pasqualone – Utah Outliers: Utah’s Caden Pasqualone went 4-1-0 in six appearances during February. Over 300 minutes, he stopped 136 of 146 shots for a .932 save percentage and a 2.00 goals-against average, while recording one shutout.

Rookie: Micah Adams – Rock Springs Miners: Rock Springs rookie Micah Adams appeared in six games, posting a 3-0-1 record while making 206 saves on 222 shots. Adams finished the month with a .928 save percentage and 4.01 goals-against average across 239 minutes of action.

 

New England Central

Forward: Jake Novak – Boston Jr. Bruins: Boston Jr. Bruins forward Jake Novak posted 11 points (3G, 8A) in nine games, including one game-winning goal, during the February schedule.

Defenseman: Patrick Dotson – Worcester Jr. Railers: Worcester defenseman Patrick Dotson led all NCDC defensemen in February scoring with 16 points (3G, 13A) in 10 games, including one power-play goal.

Goalie: Brendan Nee – Boston Jr. Bruins: Boston Jr. Bruins netminder Brendan Nee went 5-1-1 in nine appearances during February. Nee logged 408 minutes and stopped 198 of 214 shots for a .925 save percentage while posting a 2.36 goals-against average.

Rookie: Colin Ward – Boston Jr. Bruins: Rookie forward Colin Ward recorded 10 points (4G, 6A) in nine games during February.

 

New England East

Forward: Anthony Roy – Universel Academy: Roy led all NCDC skaters in February scoring with 17 points (7G, 10A) in 11 games, powering Universel Academy’s offense throughout the month.

Defenseman: Jack Harney – South Shore Kings: South Shore Kings defenseman Jack Harney recorded 10 points (3G, 7A) in nine games, including one power-play goal and one game-winning goal.

Goalie: Patrick Mueller – South Shore Kings: South Shore’s Patrick Mueller posted a 7-1-0 record in 10 appearances, stopping 175 of 186 shots for a .941 save percentage. Mueller also recorded a 1.38 goals-against average and two shutouts across 480 minutes of action.

Rookie: Corwith Simmers – South Shore Kings: Rookie forward Corwith Simmers recorded 13 points (6G, 7A) in 10 games, including two game-winning goals, during a strong February performance.

 

New England North

Forward: Alex Roy – New England Wolves: Alex Roy produced 14 points (8G, 6A) in 10 games, including five power-play goals, helping lead the Wolves’ offensive production during February.

Defenseman: Matvey Stremiakov – CT Chiefs North: CT Chiefs North defender Stremiakov recorded eight points (3G, 5A) in 11 games, including one power-play goal, from the blue line.

Goalie: Zachary Bridgeo – Woodstock Slammers: Woodstock Slammers goalie Zachary Bridgeo went 2-0 in three February appearances, stopping 129 of 131 shots for an outstanding .971 save percentage. He finished the month with a 0.97 goals-against average and one shutout, delivering dominant performances for the Slammers.

Rookie: Gabriel Boivin – Universel Quebec: Universel Quebec’s Gavriel Boivin recorded eight points (4G, 4A) in 13 games, including one power-play goal, during his February rookie campaign.
