Worcester Railers JHC 4 vs. South Shore Kings 3 OT: Worcester edged out South Shore 4–3 in a tightly contested affair. South Shore took a 2-0 lead to finish the first period with goals from Chase Petrella and Marcus Vargas. In the second Worcester went on a tear scoring three unanswered. Shane Temple, scoring twice and one shorthanded goal, while Patrick Sheridan scored a shorthanded goal as well. Later in the period, Caleb McNutly evened the game 3-3 to force overtime. In the extra period, Jack DeMent scored the game winner for the Railers and a final score of 4-3.
Coral Springs Jr. Cats 5 vs. Florida Jr. Blades 0: Coral Springs shutout the Florida Jr. Blades by a score of 5-0. Scoring picked up in the second period with Kelton Bradshaw, Conner Mcduffie, and Isak Malmfors all finding the back of the net. In the third period, Derek Hudson and Luke Thomilson both scored for a 5-0 final. Evan Stringer picked up the shutout win as he stopped 33 shots on net.
Hersey Cubs 1 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights 6: The Knights dominated the game, defeating the Cubs 6-1. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton opened up the scoring late in the first period with Arnaud Roberge (18:19) for a 1-0 score. The Knights turned on the pressure heavily in the second period, ripping off a flurry of goals. William Sjobeck, John Mrotchek, Wyatt Stasik, and Trent Krecker all scored for a 5-0 Knights lead. The Cubs’ lone goal came later in the period with Alexander Halfrod scoring. But the Cubs were unable to match the pace set by the Knights as WBS added another from Alec James to take the win 6-1. Knights goalie Phillippe Guimond picked up the win in net.
Somang Hockey 5 vs. New York Dynamo 1: Somang Hockey came away with a convincing 5-1 win over the New York Dynamo. In the second, the game was tied 1-1 after Lucas Choteau for Somang scored and Cody Wagerin scored for New York. Later in the period, Lucas Choteau netted his second of the game and then Lloyd Philippe Lafortune scored for a 3-1 lead. In the third, Choteau netted his third of the game and then Ralfs Rozentals scored for a 5-1 final.
Cincinnati Cyclones 2 vs. Columbus Mavericks 5: The Columbus Mavericks earned a 5-2 victory over the Cincinnati Cyclones in a game that swung back and forth before Columbus pulled away. The Cyclones got on the board first with Harper Sullivan for a 1-0 lead. In the second, Cincinnati extended the lead with Zachary Lehman, 2-0. Columbus opened up the scoring and did not look back. Timothy Boyd, Thomas Eggleston, Alexander Brown, Ethan Zuvela, and Jan Sebastien Vancura all found the back of the net for a 5-2 win. Mavericks goalie Jonah Little stopped 28 shots in the win.
