Key Weekend Matchups
ATLANTIC DIVISION
Elmira Impact (18 pts) vs Rockets Hockey Club (8 pts): Elmira is fighting in a crowded mid-pack race (5th–7th separated by only 2 points). Rockets are trying to climb out of the bottom, and these head-to-head points are crucial for both sides. Upset potential makes this an important game in the Atlantic playoff picture.
FLORIDA DIVISION
Florida Eels (20 pts) vs Typhoon Hockey Club (13 pts): The Eels are chasing Coral Springs at the top, while Typhoon is battling to stay above Tampa and the Blades.
GREAT LAKES DIVISION
Metro Jets (23 pts) vs Cincinnati Cyclones (10 pts): Metro is trying to solidify top-4 positioning while Cincinnati is trying to pull out of the bottom three.
MIDWEST DIVISION
Chicago Cougars (7 pts) vs Chicago Crush (9 pts): This is the most meaningful Midwest game of the weekend. Both teams are in the middle of the division standings and separated by just two points, making this a direct swing game. The Crush are trying to hold onto second place behind Fort Wayne, while the Cougars are looking to jump them in the standings with a head-to-head win.
NEW ENGLAND DIVISION
Utica Jr. Comets (18 pts) vs Boston Jr. Rangers (14 pts): A very tight mid-division battle 4th vs 5th. Boston is trying to move back into the top half, while Utica is fighting to keep pace behind the Kings/Cyclones/IHC. Direct standings swing game.
NORTH DIVISION
Minnesota Squatch (27 pts) vs Northwest Express (18 pts): Squatch are chasing first-place Riverkings, while Northwest is battling Blue Ox for third. A win massively impacts positioning for both, especially with Northwest needing signature wins to stay in the top tier.
NORTHWEST DIVISION
Seattle Totems (25 pts) vs McCall Smokejumpers (23 pts): A battle of 2nd vs 3rd, one of the best matchups in the entire USPHL this weekend. Just two points separate them, and both are trying to chase down Vernal.
PACIFIC DIVISION
Ventura Vikings (20 pts) vs Lake Tahoe Lakers (11 pts): Ventura is tied for 3rd and pushing Fresno/Henderson/Ontario at the top, while Lake Tahoe is fighting to get out of the bottom. Lake Tahoe has taken good teams to the wire — so this has upset potential with major standings impact.
SOUTHEAST DIVISION
Potomac Patriots (22 pts) vs Charlotte Rush (22 pts): Both teams sit tied for 2nd, both chasing powerhouse Hampton Roads. A true swing game, whoever wins takes sole possession of 2nd.
ST. LAWRENCE DIVISION
Montreal Black Vees (18 pts) vs Universel Collège Gatineau (20 pts): Universel Gatineau holds 3rd, Montreal is right behind them in 4th. Two closely matched teams separated by just two points — a true battle for upper-division positioning.
ALBERTA DIVISION
Diamond Valley Rockies (6 pts) vs Hanna Havoc (0 pts): With Alberta still in early-season form, this is the most competitive matchup. Diamond Valley is trying to stay in the top 3 chase, while Hanna is trying to pick up its first win meaning stakes are high.
