USPHL Premier Stars of the Week | Dec. 29 – Jan. 5, 2026
The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) Premier has announced its Division Stars of the Week, recognizing standout performances from December 29- January 5, 2025. Only players nominated by their teams were eligible for consideration.
Alberta Division
Forward: Michael Metcher (Three Hills Titans)
Michael Metcher erupted for nine points (4G, 5A) in just two games, including a game-winning goal.
Defenseman: Liraz Perrott (Three Hills Titans)
Liraz Perrott powered the Titans from the blue line with six points (2G, 4A) in two games.
Goaltender: Caden Nelson (Three Hills Titans)
Caden Nelson went 2-0, helping anchor the Titans between the pipes stopping 33 of 34 shots.
Atlantic Division
Forward: Rhett Winger (Mercer Chiefs)
Rhett Winger made his lone game count, recording four points (1G, 3A) for Mercer.
Defenseman: Paul Clavner (Red Bank Generals)
Paul Clavner quarterbacked the offense with four assists in one game from the blue line.
Goaltender: Christophe Martin (Mercer Chiefs)
Christope Martin earned the win in his lone start, stopping 39 of 40 shots for a .975 SV% and 1.00 GAA.
Florida Division
Forward: Sean Boltin (Typhoon HC)
Sean Boltin delivered a huge week with nine points (4G, 5A) in four games.
Defenseman: Cooper Christensen (Florida Junior Blades)
Cooper Christensen contributed two goals and 1 assist while logging steady minutes on the back end.
Goaltender: Dylan Bruce (Florida Junior Blades)
Dylan Bruce went 2-0 with a .954 SV% and a 1.18 GAA, stopping 42 shots.
Great Lakes Division
Forward: Jacob Myers (Toledo Cherokee)
Jacob Myers led Toledo with five points (3G, 2A) in four games.
Defenseman: Jake Taylor (Metro Jets)

Goaltender: Jakub Obzera (Metro Jets)

Midwest Division
Forward: Anthony Obractha (Chicago Crush)

New England Division
