Forward: Dylan Davis, Fort Wayne Spacemen

Davis (‘06/Fort Wayne, Ind.) more than doubled his year over year point total as a second-year Elite player. He scored 23 goals and added 28 assists for 51 points in just 30 games, giving him a 1.70 points per game average, which ranked third in the Elite this season. For a second straight season, he also earned games with the Premier team, skating in 10 Premier games and picking up three points.

Forward: Robert Gross, Fort Wayne Spacemen

Gross (‘05/Fort Wayne, Ind.) entered his second Elite season with the Islanders Hockey Club, before an early season trade to the Spacemen, where he put up an amazing 19 goals and 17 assists for 36 points in 20 games. He played in a total of 26 Elite games for this season, plus an additional 21 Premier games. That included 19 with the Premier Spacemen team, as he essentially split the season evenly between the Premier and Elite teams for Fort Wayne. His 1.8 points per game average set a new record for the Elite Spacemen among players with at least 20 games played.

Forward: Jeffrey Schroeder, Chicago Cougars

Schroeder (‘07/Hoffman Estates, Ill.) saw a massive three-fold improvement in his points production from last season, improving from 14 points in 2023-24 to an 18-27-45 line in 40 games in 2024-25. As a second-year Cougar, he set the new career points record for the two-year-old Elite franchise, with 59 points in 78 games.

Defenseman: Kennelly Clinton, Chicago Cougars

Clinton (‘07/Westmont, Ill.) had a fantastic second season with the Elite Cougars, improving by 14 points from 19 in 2023-24 to 33 points in 42 games this past season. He stands fourth in Cougars career scoring with 52 points for his young two-year junior career.

Defenseman: Connor Edwards, Chicago Crush

Edwards (‘07/Loves Park, Ill.) scored five goals and added 18 assists for 23 points in 43 games. Coming out of the Madison Capitols 16U AAA program, he made a seamless transition to junior hockey and helped the Crush to reach the USPHL Elite Nationals for a second straight season. He also helped Chicago to the fourth best team goals against average in the league at 2.11. The Chicago D corps also allowed the fifth fewest shots on goal in the league at 28.36 per game. In the postseason, Edwards averaged a point per game with six points in six games.

Goaltender: Johnny Augusta, Chicago Crush

Augusta (‘04/Medinah, Ill.) had yet another massive season for the Crush as a second-year member of the organization. He finished third in save percentage at .940 and was tied for sixth in wins at 14. His 1.74 goals against average was also good for third in 2024-25. His .940 save percentage is tied for sixth best in a single USPHL Elite season among goalies with 15 games played in a season, dating back to the league’s 2017-18 inception. He leaves the Crush as its all-time leader in games played (35), wins (23), save percentage (.933) and GAA (1.96), helping the team reach Nationals in both of their first two years of existence. He will play with the ACHA’s Roosevelt University team next year.

Selection Process: Coaches in the division first nominate players, and then vote on these nominations. If there are ties in positions, there is an additional run-off vote. Coaches are presented with the finalists and given more than 24 hours to make changes if the majority votes to do so. If there are no challenges to the finalists, they are named as the All-Division Team.
