The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) has announced the coaching staffs that will lead the six teams competing at the 2026 NCDC All-Star Games, set for January 26–27 at the Foxboro Sports Center in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Each coaching staff features experienced leaders from across the league who have demonstrated a strong commitment to player development, competitiveness, and advancement at the junior and collegiate levels. The selected coaches will guide the league’s top talent during one of the premier showcase events of the NCDC season.

Atlantic Division
Mike Marcou of the P.A.L. Junior Islanders will serve as Head Coach for the Atlantic Division team, joined by Toby Harris of the Jersey Hitmen as Assistant Coach.

Mountain Division
The Mountain Division staff will be led by Head Coach Kenny Orlando of the Ogden Mustangs, with Anthony Bohn of the Idaho Falls Spud Kings serving as Assistant Coach.

New England Division (Green)
Lou Educate of the Utica Jr. Comets will take on Head Coaching duties for the New England Green team, with Rich DeCaprio of the Boston Jr. Rangers named Assistant Coach.

New England Division (White)
Tyler Holske of the South Shore Kings has been selected as Head Coach for the New England White team, assisted by Tim Kyrkostas of the Islanders Hockey Club.

Top Prospects Team
Matt Morrow of the Rockets Hockey Club will lead the Top Prospects team as Head Coach, with Rob Broderick of the Mercer Chiefs serving as Assistant Coach.

Selects Team
The Selects team will be guided by Head Coach Caleb Labrie from the Lewiston MAINEiacs, alongside Assistant Coach Dustin Timm of the Grand Junction River Hawks.

The NCDC All-Star Games bring together the league’s most accomplished players and staff, providing an elite platform to showcase talent in front of scouts, coaches, and hockey personnel from across North America. The event continues to serve as a celebration of development, opportunity, and advancement within the NCDC pathway.

Final team rosters for the 2026 NCDC All-Star Games will be announced in the coming days.
