NCDC Commitment Profile: South Shore’s Simmers commits to Hamilton College

The South Shore Kings are excited to announce NCDC Forward Corwith Simmers has made his commitment to play college hockey at Hamilton College.

Simmers, a native of Hailey, ID, spent 3 years at Kimball Union Academy. He helped the Wildcats to an Elite 8 Title in 2024. He was team Captain his senior year. Corwith joined the Kings back in early November. He has recorded 3 goals in 5 games thus far.

I am overly impressed by the team’s strong bond, the dedicated coaching staff, and the outstanding facilities. Each day, through the hard work of the coaches and my teammates, I feel myself improving not only as a player but also as a person. The experience has given me a whole new outlook on junior hockey, for which I am extremely grateful. I look forward to the rest of the season here, and I am thrilled for my next four years at Hamilton!” – Corwith Simmers

Simmers will join former South Shore Kings NCDC defenseman Zach Walsh at Hamilton College next fall!
