USPHL • NCDC Features • NCDC 2024-25 Awards: Mountain All-Division Team

The National Collegiate Development Conference congratulates all of the members of the Mountain All-Division Team, as voted in by the coaches of the division.
Forwards
Siamion Marshchanok, Pueblo Bulls
One of two 2005-born Marshchanok twins from Minsk, Belarus, to earn this honor, Siamion is adding to his Mountain Forward Of The Year and Rookie Of The Year honors. This should all come as no surprise, as Siamion led the NCDC in scoring with 75 points off of a 28-47-75 line. The 2024-25 USPHL Premier Fans Choice MVP, Marshchanok was a shining example of USPHL Advancement In Action, as his 75 points also represented the fourth-best regular season total in NCDC history.
Matsvei Marshchanok, Pueblo Bulls
Matsvei was essentially the equal of his twin brother all year, placing second in Bulls scoring and tying for second overall in the NCDC overall with 69 points, which also tied the Rockets Hockey Club’s Jared Rothman (the Atlantic MVP and Forward Of The Year) for ninth all-time in single season points output. Matsvei’s 32 goals also ranked third in the league.
Easton Edwards, Idaho Falls Spud Kings
Edwards (‘05/Anchorage, Alaska) enjoyed one of the biggest season-to-season improvements, pushing up from 16 points in 2023-24 to 63 points, which saw him place fifth overall in the NCDC for regular season scoring. Edwards then went on to rack up a point per game pace in the postseason, scoring 12 points in 12 games en route to the Spud Kings’ first NCDC championship. Edwards is the Spud Kings’ all-time regular season leading scorer with 79 points in 88 games, which represents the second-most games played for the NCDC team.
Defensemen
D.J. MacLeish, Idaho Falls Spud Kings
MacLeish (‘05/Troy, Mich.) returned to the Spud Kings last fall, six months after winning the NCDC Mountain Division Defenseman of the Year award. He was immediately once again a big part of the Spud Kings’ success, ultimately helping to lead the team to their first Dineen Cup title. He scored 31 points in 37 games, and added three points in 12 playoff games. With 78 points in 87 games, he is second on the Spud Kings’ all-time leaderboard in both categories, second only to All-Division Forward Easton Edwards.
Mykyta Bondariev, Pueblo Bulls
This year’s Mountain Division Defenseman Of The Year, Bondariev (‘06/Kyiv, Ukraine) saw a six-fold improvement in his points from year to year, improving from seven in 2023-24 to 42 points this year. That helped him rank sixth among NCDC defensemen in scoring this year. In the Bulls’ two seasons in the NCDC, he ranks fourth in games played with 92 and seventh in points with 49.
Goaltender
Charlie Durkin, Idaho Falls Spud Kings
Durkin (‘06/Glencoe, Ill.) was an absolute powerhouse goalie as a first-year junior player from wire to wire for the Dineen Cup champion Spud Kings. The Goaltender of the Year and MVP for the Mountain Division, Durkin played the most games of any NCDC goalie with 38 appearances, over which he produced a GAA of 1.96 (second in the league) and a save percentage of .934 (seventh, among goalies with at least 18 games played). His 38 games played also ranked in the top 10 for a single season in the NCDC.
