Final voting is now open for the USPHL Premier Fans Choice Awards. You can cast your ballot at the link below. You can vote for each individual position winner, plus the overall Fans Choice Most Valuable Player. The players listed received the most individual fan nominations at their respective positions to enter this Final Vote round.
All players up for their positions are also up for the MVP. The MVP winner will be the player with the highest total votes between position award votes and MVP, and will also automatically win their position award.
One vote per person will be counted. Write-ins are allowed, so there is no guarantee that the final winners of each award will be among the finalists listed here.
Deadline for voting is Friday, June 27, at 12 p.m. EST/9 a.m. PST. Winners will be announced beginning the week of June 30.

Quick summaries for each of our 12 Premier Finalists, as nominated by you, the fans!
Forwards
Roman Wolynec, Seattle Totems
Wolynec might as well have been a DJ for his record collection this year. Wolynec became the all-time leader in Premier career scoring with 278 points, as well as in assists with 200. In single season record territory, he leads the way with 163 points and 124 assists, all from this season.
Ludvik Lysonek, Connecticut Jr. Rangers
This strong forward for the defending National Champions from 2024 was a big hit with votes on both sides of the Atlantic, following a season where he had 22-33-55 totals in 39 games, amazing totals for a first North American season.
Beau Depencier, Charlotte Rush
This Manhattanville College recruit was a prime mover for the always strong Charlotte Rush, scoring 17 goals and adding 28 assists for 45 points in 44 games. In 166 career USPHL Premier games, he scored 152 points, showing he’s always been a consistent producer back to 2020-21, his first Premier season.
Sam Hamon, Cincinnati Cyclones
The 2007-born first-year junior player got a lot of love from fans, friends and family, sending him into the top four for nominations! He scored five points in 42 games this year and has a bright junior future ahead of him.
Defensemen
Filip Lezzani, Vernal Oilers
Lezzani’s return and play down the stretch and in the playoffs was a huge reason why Vernal won their first-ever USPHL Premier National Championship and also why they went 44-0 in the regular season, a Premier first. He scored 27 points in 10 regular season games and he had a 2-8-10 line in nine postseason games. Over his career, he produced 130 points in 119 Premier games. He also played in the NCDC with the Utah Outliers this past season and is bound for Canada’s Portage College.
Hubert Szarzynski, Connecticut Jr. Rangers
Szarzynski was another first-year North American player for the Jr. Rangers and was also quick to pick up, as he registered 22 points in 36 regular season games and added one assist in two postseason games.
Marshall Beaker, Charlotte Rush
Beaker was a huge voice of experience for the Rush this year, coming in with two seasons of NCDC experience, including being part of the P.A.L. Jr. Islanders’ 2023 Dineen Cup Championship squad. This year, Beaker scored 23 points in 24 regular season games for the Rush and added three assists in three games.
Aiden Waters, Hershey Cubs
Waters is another veteran Premier player and another who picked up a lot of support in the nomination phase, even with just 11 games played for the Cubs this season. Overall, in his Premier career, he has 28 points in 85 games going back to 2022. He also played with Niagara University’s AAU team this past season.
Goaltenders
Jacob Korte, Utica Jr. Comets
A rookie 2008-born goaltender, Korte was impressive in his 15 combined regular season and playoff games played for the Jr. Comets, winning eight in total and he registered a .911 save percentage overall.
Nicholas Perry, Henderson Force
A second-year Premier goaltender, Perry finished in the top 20 overall for wins with 15 on the regular season and he also had a .920 save percentage in the regular season. He posted a .932 save percentage in his only playoff action, as well. He holds a .913 career save percentage in 39 regular season games and earned a spot on the Pacific All-Division Second Team this year.
Levente Hegedus, Vernal Oilers
The No. 1 man in Premier wins this year, Hegedus registered 27 wins and zero losses en route to the Oilers’ perfect 44-0 regular season. He held a 1.96 goals against average, good for ninth in the USPHL, and his .930 save percentage was in the top 15, all amongst goaltenders with at least 15 games played.
Russ Decoste, Florida Eels
Decoste was a fantastic pickup as a first-year Premier goaltender with prior junior experience. He registered a .931 save percentage, and also won 13 games and his 2.02 GAA was good for a spot in the Top 20 as well. He also posted a .918 save percentage over three playoff games.
