A focal point of the NCDC calendar since the league's 2017-18 inception, the annual All-Star Event features both the NCDC and USPHL Premier conferences. The event showcases the USPHL's top players, in past events highlighting those who have gone on to excel in the NCAA and NHL.

The illustrious list of NCDC/USPHL All-Star alumni includes Drew O’Connor (Pittsburgh Penguins), Collin Graf (San Jose Sharks), and Yaniv Perets (Carolina Hurricanes), as well as NHL Draft Picks Sam Lipkin (Arizona Coyotes), Cameron Lund (San Jose Sharks), Cameron Whitehead (Vegas Golden Knights), Chase Clark (Washington Capitals), Shane Lachance (Edmonton Oilers) and Jackson Dorrington (Vancouver Canucks).
