USPHL & NCDC Announce Division Affiliate Program 

The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) and its top-tier National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) have announced the continued implementation of the league’s affiliate program, strengthening the pathway for player advancement within the USPHL system.

Through this structure, each NCDC organization is aligned with a USPHL Premier affiliate, creating a direct pipeline for player movement. Athletes can be called up to the NCDC for game action or reassigned to the Premier level for additional development, ensuring each player progresses at the appropriate pace while remaining within the same organizational framework.

For the 2026-27 season, Premier affiliates are aligned with NCDC clubs in both the North & West Divisions, further enhancing regional development and continuity across the league.
