Premier SOTW

The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) Premier has announced its Division Stars of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the league during the week of February 2-8, 2026. Only players nominated by their teams were eligible for consideration.

 

Alberta Division

Forward: Austin Galway – Hanna Havoc: Put up 3 points (2G, 1A) in 1 game, including a power-play goal, to spark Hanna’s offense.
Defenseman: Liraz Perrott – Three Hills Titans: Posted a short-handed goal in his lone appearance over the week. 
Goaltender: Caden Nelson – Three Hills Titans: Earned a win with 35 saves on 37 shots for a .946 save percentage.

Atlantic Division

Forward: Kyle Roepcke – Connecticut Jr. Rangers: Totaled 5 points (3G, 2A) in 2 games, highlighted by a game-winning goal.
Defenseman: Brandon Elgner – New Jersey Renegades: Posted 7 points (2G, 5A) in 1 game, including a power-play goal.
Goaltender: Nolan Godfrey – Hershey Cubs: Went 2-0 with 82 saves on 86 shots and a .953 save percentage.

Florida Division

Forward: Jacob Sakitkovski – Coral Springs Jr. Cats: Registered 10 points (6G, 4A) in 3 games, including two short-handed goals, two power-play goals, and a game-winner.
Defenseman: Eemil Ketola – Tampa Bay Juniors: Produced 3 points (2G, 1A) over 2 games to lead Tampa’s blue line.
Goaltender: Konsta Hiltunen – Tampa Bay Juniors: Picked up a win with 28 saves on 30 shots for a .933 save percentage.

Great Lakes Division

Forward: Bogdan Guntypov – Battle Creek Kernels: Recorded 10 points (3G, 7A) in 2 games, including a power-play goal.
Defenseman: Ashton Reagan – Battle Creek Kernels: Added 4 points (1G, 3A) in 2 games, featuring a game-winning goal.
Goaltender: Daxton Lucidi – Toledo Cherokee: Earned a win with 39 saves on 41 shots for a .951 save percentage.

Midwest Division

Forward: Nikita Volobuiev – Fort Wayne Spacemen: Posted 5 assists in 2 games while driving Fort Wayne’s offense.
Defenseman: Jayden Provencher – MJDP: Notched 3 points (2G, 1A) in 2 games in a strong two-way performance.
Goaltender: Charlie Donoghue – Chicago Cougars: Made 58 total saves while working heavy minutes across three appearances.

New England Division

Forward: Dylan Cappelli – Worcester Jr. Railers: Collected 6 points (1G, 5A) in 2 games, including a power-play goal.
Defenseman: Gerald Holleran – Islander Hockey Club: Registered 2 assists in 2 games from the back end.
Goaltender: Derek Sparks – Northern Cyclones: Went 2-0 with a .957 save percentage and a 1.09 goals-against average.

North Division

Forward: Sebastian Redfern – Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings: Posted 7 points (4G, 3A) in 2 games, including a power-play goal and a game-winner.
Defenseman: Eli Hunderhill – Northwest Express: Delivered 5 points (1G, 4A) in 2 games, including a power-play tally.
Goaltender: Jackson Gruttadauria – Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings: Went 2-0 with 49 saves on 53 shots for a .925 save percentage.

Northwest Division

Forward: Brett Holman – Vernal Oilers: Produced 8 points (3G, 5A) in 3 games, including a game-winning goal.
Defenseman: Jordan Trakosas – Vernal Oilers: Led all defensemen with 9 points (1G, 8A) in 3 games.
Goaltender: Bence Veres-Fucsku – Vernal Oilers: Recorded a 2-0 week with a .964 save percentage and one shutout.

Pacific Division

Forward: Jonathan Andesen – Fresno Monsters: Added 6 points (4G, 2A) in 3 games, including two game-winning goals.
Defenseman: Matteo Ferreira-Tavares – Fresno Monsters: Produced 2 assists in 3 games from the blue line.
Goaltender: Niksa Slade – Fresno Monsters:  Went 2-0 over the wek posting a .9375 SV% after stopping 60/64 shots for a 2.00 GAA. 

Southeast Division

Forward: Connor Patton – Carolina Jr. Hurricanes: Tallied 5 points (4G, 1A) in 2 games, including a power-play goal, a short-handed goal, and a game-winner.
Defenseman: Noah Rosado – Carolina Jr. Hurricanes: Registered 2 assists in 2 games.
Goaltender: Cole Currier – Potomac Patriots: Earned a win with 26 saves on 28 shots for a .929 save percentage.

St. Lawrence Division

Forward: Michael Donovan – Ottawa Valley Centennials: Posted 8 points (3G, 5A) in 3 games to power Ottawa Valley’s attack.
Defenseman: Kenyon Ratt – Ottawa Valley Centennials: Played a key role on the blue line throughout the week.
Goaltender: Raphael Duperron – Montreal Black Vees: Closed the week with a 2-1 record, a .944 save percentage, and a shutout.
